The Rise Collection is the current release at Munibung Hill Estate, with just six opportunities remaining on Winakang Street to build your home, your way.
These six gently sloping blocks offer the opportunity to create homes with greater architectural ambition. Split levels, suspended slabs, soaring ceilings, undercroft garages and elevated living spaces can be used to work with the natural fall of the site and create a home that feels considered from every level.
With blocks ranging from approximately 550m² to 608m², wide frontages and an elevated position, The Rise Collection offers the space and flexibility to create something genuinely individual. Registered and ready to build, these are established homesites within Munibung Hill Estate, allowing you to move from land purchase to design and construction without waiting for future registration.
All six homesites positioned along Winakang Street have a south-west facing street frontage and north-east rear orientation.
That orientation creates an opportunity to position your principal living spaces, outdoor areas and gardens towards the north-east, making the most of natural light and the elevated outlook. Combined with the natural slope of each block, the orientation provides a strong starting point for considered architectural design.
Every block has its own characteristics, so the right response will depend on the individual site, your brief and the home you want to create.

The land has been remediated in accordance with the Remediation Action Plan (RAP) approved by Lake Macquarie City Council and the NSW EPA Accredited Site Auditor. The contamination previously impacting the land was primarily atmospheric deriving from the adjacent smelter. In addition, some stockpiling of other material had occurred on the land. The expert environmental scientist has determined that the contamination was not deemed to be high risk and the impacts were limited to shallow soils. These shallow soils have now been placed into a containment cell located more than 5 metres below finished surface level and covered with orange geofabric and at least 5 metres of clean compacted fill. The NSW EPA Accredited Site Auditor has confirmed that the land has been remediated in accordance with the RAP and is now suitable for residential development.
